At S&G Plus, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Product is defective
- Product arrived damaged during shipping
- An incorrect item was shipped
Items must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a return (unless damaged or defective).
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or contaminated
- Items returned without prior authorization (RA number)
- Products returned after the 30-day return window
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
- Our support team will issue a Return Authorization (RA)
- Ship the product to the address provided in your RA confirmation
Returns sent without an RA number may experience delays or may not be processed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
We Cover Return Shipping If:
- The product is defective
- The product arrives damaged
- An incorrect item was shipped
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
Customer Covers Return Shipping If:
- The item is not defective
- The return is voluntary (change of mind, sizing issues, etc.)
- The product was purchased incorrectly
5. Lost Packages
If your shipment is confirmed lost due to carrier error, we will issue a full refund within 24 hours of verification.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Processing time:
- 3–5 business days for refund processing
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time
Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error.

8. Product Condition Requirements
Returned products should:
- Be in original packaging (when applicable)
- Include all components and accessories
- Not show signs of misuse, contamination, or improper handling
Products exposed to chemicals, heavy contamination, or non-food-safe environments may not qualify for refund.
