1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your location.

3. Shipping Destination

We currently ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Promotional free shipping may be offered periodically — terms will be displayed at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website or your account on our Site.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.


6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund within 24 hours of verification.

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  2. Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will attempt to update the address before shipment, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.
