1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for the following:

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Defective Items

We also accept returns for unused or slightly used items within 30 days, provided they are in original condition and packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Products used beyond normal testing or subjected to misuse

2. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for both defective and non-defective products.

Once an exchange request is submitted and approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) with instructions and ship the replacement item once the return is received.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
  3. Our support team will issue a Return Authorization (RA)
  4. Ship the product to the address provided in your RA confirmation

Returns sent without an RA number may experience delays or may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

We Cover Return Shipping If:

  • The product is defective
  • The product arrives damaged
  • An incorrect item was shipped

A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

Customer Covers Return Shipping If:

  • The item is not defective
  • The return is voluntary (change of mind, sizing issues, etc.)
  • The product was purchased incorrectly

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Processing time:

  • 3–5 business days for refund processing
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time

Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error.
