These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and the sale of disposable nitrile gloves and related products. By using this Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility & Use
You must be at least 18 years old to place orders on this Site. You agree to use our Site and products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Product Information
We specialize in the sale of disposable nitrile gloves for industrial and general-purpose use. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that product details are error-free.
Unless otherwise stated, all gloves:
- Are non-sterile
- Are powder-free
- Are intended for single use only
- Comply with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 (food contact safe)
Important: Our products are classified as industrial grade. They are not intended for surgical or sterile medical use unless explicitly labeled otherwise. Customers are responsible for ensuring suitability for their specific intended use.
3. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you represent that:
- All billing information is accurate
- You are authorized to use the payment method
- You agree to pay all charges incurred
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout. All payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant third-party payment processors.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities for any order, including suspected fraud or pricing errors. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may be subject to change without notice.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship from New York and fulfill orders during regular business days, excluding public holidays. Shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Weather, natural disaster, or customs delays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, contact us with photos of the issue. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Lost packages: If a shipment is confirmed lost due to carrier error, we will issue a full refund within 24 hours of verification.
We cover return shipping costs when the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, shipping damage). For voluntary returns (change of mind, incorrect purchase), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

6. Product Use Disclaimer
Products sold through our Site are classified as industrial grade and are not intended for surgical or sterile medical use unless explicitly labeled.
We are not liable for:
- Misuse of products
- Injury or damage caused by improper use or failure to follow product guidelines
- Use of products beyond their intended scope or shelf life
- Allergic reactions — customers with known latex or nitrile sensitivities should consult a medical professional before use
Customers assume full responsibility for determining product suitability for their intended application.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including logos, images, product descriptions, and design, is the intellectual property of SG Plus Corp. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SG Plus Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SG Plus Corp, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Site, purchase of products, or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Suffolk County, New York.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes implies acceptance.
