Refund policy

At S&G Plus, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective products, items damaged during shipping, or incorrect items shipped. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify.

Non-returnable items include products that have been opened, used, or contaminated, items returned without prior authorization (RA number), and products returned after the 30-day window.

To start a return, email info@sgnitrilegloves.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if damaged. Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA).

We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Customer covers return shipping for voluntary returns.

If your shipment is confirmed lost due to carrier error, we will issue a full refund within 24 hours of verification. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Return address: SG Plus Corp, 41 Edison Ave, West Babylon, NY 11704. Please do not mail returns without an RA number.
