Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days, expedited shipping takes 2–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We currently ship within the United States only. Free shipping is available within the continental U.S. with no minimum order required.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund within 24 hours. If your package arrives damaged, contact us at info@sgnitrilegloves.com within 48 hours with photos.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
